Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Services Provided

  1. Manchester Dental Lab (MDL) supplies dental prosthetics and related services to registered dental practices.
  2. All work is carried out to the specifications provided by the prescribing clinician.

2. Pricing & Invoicing

  1. All prices are subject to change.
  2. Invoicing is on a credit basis.
  3. Invoices are issued at the end of each month.
  4. Any queries regarding pricing or charges must be raised at the time the invoice is received.

3. Payment Terms

  1. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  2. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other agreed methods.

4. Late Payment Policy

  1. Where invoices remain unpaid 60 days after issue, all work and deliveries will be paused.
  2. The dental practice will be contacted directly to inform them of the suspension of services.
  3. Services will resume once all outstanding payments are settled.
  4. Where a dental practice chooses not to settle payments and restart work with another laboratory, invoices will be issued for partially completed work. These will be charged as “incomplete”.

5. Liability & Remakes

  1. MDL will remake any prosthetic free of charge if there is a proven fault in materials or workmanship.
  2. Remakes due to incorrect prescriptions or impressions may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery & Turnaround

  1. Standard turnaround times apply unless otherwise agreed.
  2. MDL is not liable for delays caused by external couriers or incomplete prescriptions.

7. Data Protection

  1. All patient data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

8. Amendments

  1. These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
